NASACORT ALLERGY NASAL SPRAY (30 DOSE)
Nasacort Allergy Nasal Spray contains a powerful, non-drowsy active ingredient called Triamcinolone acetonide which is a corticosteroid. The spray is designed to provide allergy relief for up to 24 hours per dose. Nasacort Allergy Spray is a thixotropic which means it stays where it is sprayed, so it works where it is needed most – in the nose!
- Treats symptoms of Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis i.e. hayfever.
- Relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing, congested nose, itchy nose and runny nose.
- Anti-inflammatory and thixotropic action for targeted relief.
How to use Nasacort Allergy:
This medicine only works if used regularly. It can take 3 to 4 days before you notice your symptoms getting better.
- Before using your nasal spray, blow your nose gently to clear your nostrils.
- Shake the bottle gently before use.
- First time usage: Hold the bottle upright with the spray pointing away from you. Fill the pump spray by pressing the nozzle downwards and press and release 5 times. Do this until a fine spray is produced. The spray is now ready to use.
- Close one nostril with your finger and hold the bottle upright. Insert the nozzle into the opposite nostril as far as is comfortable.
- Breathe in gently through your nose with your mouth closed.
- While you are doing this, press the nozzle to deliver one spray.
- Then breathe out through your nose. Now do the same for the opposite nostril.
- Repeat in both nostrils if necessary.
What is the recommended Dosage for Nasacort Allergy Relief Nasal Spray?
Dosage: Adults (18 years and over) The usual starting dose is 2 sprays in each nostrils each day. Once the symptoms of the allergy are under control, the dose may be lowered to 1 spray in each nostril each day. If the symptoms do not go away after 14 days, check with your doctor. If you forget to use the spray do not take a double dose to make up for it.

- This spray should not be used every day for longer than three months without consulting a doctor.
- The spray is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
